What are Doodles made of?

Are all Doodles unique?

Yes, all doodles are unique. They are all hand build and hand painted, I don’t use any moulds or stencils to replicate patterns or shapes. Each doodle has their own unique serial number. In some cases I make limited series of the same pattern, in those cases it will be clearly communicated in the product description.

Shipping

Our shipping process ensures that parcels are dispatched within 3 working days and may take up to 7 working days to reach their destination. You will receive a track and trace link once your parcel has been shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress. It's important to note that delivery times can vary depending on the specific destination. Please be aware that the provided delivery times are approximate and do not account for potential delays arising from rural locations, shipping disruptions, or payment complications.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging. Shipping of a return will be at your own cost. For security we recommend that you use track and trace and insurance when shipping.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will as soon as possible notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or orginal method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Duties & Taxes

We do not cover the cost of individual countries import sales taxes and it is not included in your shipping costs.
